A Richmond, VA poker player was ejected from the final table of the World Series of Poker circuit event at Caesars Atlantic City for unsportsmanlike conduct. Lesley Thornburg was the chip leader and apparently wanted the rest of the table to feel the power of his position. After several warnings for baiting tactics and loud comments to other players on the two previous days, a final warning was given to Thornburg. At the time he sat on the largest chip stack in the event. He pushed his luck when he began shoving chips in the pot in a confusing manner, and was ejected from the game. At the time there were five players left, and so he was awarded fifth place money.
