Former Hollywood Madame Heidi Fleiss once planned a Pahrump brothel catering to women (a "stud farm" containing all men) and is now running a laundromat called Dirty Laundry.
She also was arrested Feb. 7 for a DUI and possessing Vicodin without a prescription (authorities even took her to her house so she could produce evidence of a prescription).
Toxicology results have now come in, and also swimming around her bloodstream at the time of her arrest were methamphetamines.
Fleiss will now be charged with driving under the influence of a controlled subtance.
